What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, optional company and the message (including car and service details). The form has no file upload.

How it is sent

The form is sent to a PHP script on our web host (Hostinger), which forwards it as email to our corporate address. The message is not stored in a database on the website.

Abuse protection

To limit abuse, the server temporarily stores a pseudonymised (hashed) identifier of the IP address and a counter within a 15-minute window. Files older than 15 minutes are deleted.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed to answer and follow up the enquiry, then deleted. We have not set a fixed period in months.

Cookies and local storage

We use no analytics or marketing tools. Your choice in the cookie banner is saved in your browser’s localStorage. No external fonts or media are loaded.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion by writing to us. You may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
